Uniting Early Learning Paddington has supported families across Paddington and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for decades, providing high‑quality early learning and preschool education for children from birth to 5 years. Located on Gadigal land in the heart of Paddington, NSW, our long day care centre offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where children feel safe, curious and confident to learn.

Encouraging curiosity and exploration
Many of our educators have been part of our centre for many years, forming strong relationships with children and families and maintaining a close connection to the diverse Paddington community. Through regular local excursions and rich social interactions, children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop a sense of belonging in their local area.

Supporting every stage of early development
Our educators take a care‑based approach for babies and toddlers, supporting communication, physical development, and social and emotional wellbeing. Our programs incorporate meaningful learning experiences such as Aboriginal education. Preschool children build independence and confidence through a combination of open‑ended play and structured learning activities, supporting a smooth transition to school.

Engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces
Our stimulating indoor classrooms and natural outdoor play spaces encourage creativity and self‑expression. Children may build sandcastles in the sandpit, plant seeds in our vegetable garden, or care for our fish, supporting responsibility and environmental awareness.
