Educator's experience and qualification

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certification in Steiner Early Childhood Education. 
• Three years of work experience at Glenaeon Steiner Preschool, in addition to contributing to two other independent Steiner-based early childhood settings for two years
•  Two years of exposure in Montessori-based programs as well as traditional daycare environments. 
• Well-rounded approach to early childhood education, grounded in both Steiner and Montessori philosophies, while also appreciating the value of conventional early care practices.
