Sunshine Child Care Centre

I would not recommend, Started off so nice but ended bitter sweet after 1.8 plus years here. What they say & do are two different things at this facility. This Center is run poorly, The staff do come and go so there’s no consistency for the children. It seems so unorganised & manic. They’re absolute idiots for letting Jackie leave. The straw that broke the camels back was my little one telling me that they had been touched. From that point I started to drop down their days and sent our two week notice as the facility did nothing & still hasn’t and it’s been two months. I still haven’t received a response from that email which had photo evidence of my child being left to sit in their fecal matter too. From multiple unexplained injuries, a concussion. Left to sit in there own pee and fecal matter on multiple occasions which have been documented. There is little & lacking communication between the centre, Staff & getting back to parents. I’ve been awaiting the centre director as advised in person & email to contact me - Ive been waiting two months & still no contact. For a matter as serious as inappropriate touching you’d think they would take this matter seriously, But sadly like I said two months later & I’m still awaiting the director to get in touch. Sunshine child care hasn’t let me know anything that they have done or doing about this situation. There app is never updated on time So there is always a guessing game of “I wonder if my child has eaten, had a nap, gone to the toilet etc” Great staff at this Facility are Maha, Beyond fantastic at what she does. Jamie who’s hands down just phenomenal. Jackie whom left sadly. Annie whom is so lovely. Chloe whom is kind & attentive. Whatever they respond if they do It will just be saving face. If it’s a silly unprofessional response I will upload the photos of the email chain & the no response for 2 months from Sunshine childcare. Plus if you can respond to this you can respond to my emails - Thanks
