We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Story House. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Their organisation and communication are exceptional, making it so easy for us as parents to stay informed and involved. Most importantly, our son absolutely loves it there! The joy on his face when he sees Tracey or Paula says it all—he practically leaps out of our arms to be with them. It’s clear he feels safe, loved, and engaged, and we’ve seen him flourish in ways that are truly heartwarming. His growth and happiness are a testament to the incredible care and dedication of everyone at the centre.
