Response from the owner12 months agoHi Yanping, the service is now Under New Management since October 2023, whereby Nancy never worked in any capacity for St Mary Multicultural Early Learning in this new management or has any history of working with us. I am sorry that your experience with Cherry Bridge Station was negative, but I would be so grateful that you could remove this review considering we have newly taken over and had no control of outcomes prior to that. We also invite you to come in for a tour and see the very positive changes we have made, our team would be delighted to meet you and your family and give our best efforts to make you feel very welcome. Our son Mikey has been attending this centre for 4 months, and he loves it! It’s our first experience with daycare, and I was anxious at the beginning as I was unsure if he would settle in well, as he had just turned 1 at that time. But adaptation went so well, and our son got lots of cuddles and attention from the room leader Miss Jass and other lovely staff members, so he quickly built new attachments and made friends with other kids. As new parents, we are totally sure that our boy is well looked after and his development impressively ramped up in the past few months. The centre curriculum focuses on so many things even for toddlers: social and personal skills, physical activity, hygiene & safety, knowledge of surrounding world, cultural diversity and acknowledgement of Indingenous people. Our son is so friendly and babbly, and I’m sure it’s the result of the staff’s care and hard work. Educators pay a lot of attention to teaching kids to interact with each other in a positive and respectful way. Thank you to all staff of Cherry Bridge Station Rhodes for their dedication and professionalism. I see they genuinely love what they do, and kids just love them.
