What was a wonderful centre, sadly, is no longer... Half way through 2025 the centre manager moved on - slowly but surely, all of the best educators in the centre started to disappear not long after, interestingly, with little to no mention from management... When we joined the centre every new team member was annouced to all, an introduction to new staff... Notification of staff leaving was always provided, to allow parents to thank them & say their farewells... The change in management had everything that was good about this centre in a very steep decline... What used to be a centre that was well run is now a centre that is very poorly run... To top it all off, the paperwork supplied for our daughters last day was provided 8 or so weeks prior to her last day, receipt was confirmed via email & verbally BUT somehow we were billed for another two weeks on her last day - what a disgraceful way to end it all, being billed for serviced we have clearly advised will not be required... when we questioned the matter, terms like system glitch were provided with no real care or concern for funds taken from our account that simply shouldn't have been - worst of all, just days before Christmas... approaching NYE & we're still waiting for our refund... ABSOLUTE DISGRACE...
