Redgum Cottage Family Day Care

I am a 4 years trained Early Childhood teacher. I have about 15 years working experiences as a teacher in a range of Early Childhood Education and Care settings. My passion is supporting children to communicate their ideas in finding their unique ways of learning and watching how they shine with new discoveries to their world. I enjoy sharing my time with open-ended conversations with them and maintain interactions through play, I have been supporting children with their school readiness program as a teacher and it is also my strengths. Our indoor environment is set up as a little learning centre that is extended through outdoor area where children are encouraged to make a decision to follow their interest and be guided to reach the best learning outcomes. Our outdoor learning area is very spacious and surrounded by lots of greens/trees where children naturally interact with the great nature and gain understanding of sustainability.
