My son was not at all cared for here he was pushed to the side and given up on! They are also all younger child care educators - And most of them dont seem to even want to be there! multiple inncidents happened with another child (the same child for 6+ months) where my child was bitten once on the face nearly on the ear on the leg on the arm and scratched on his face near his eye multiple times on numerous occasions this happened and nothing was done about, He learnt really bad behaviours - it seems most of the educators here do not have a passion for the industry and are there just getting through each day! On one occasion I walked back out to give my son his hat one of his last days to see one of the leading educators speak to my child and another child infront of another educator disgracefully and the kids were spoken down too! because they skipped past her probably running from each other and knocked her clip board off her legs and the way she spoke to them was not acceptable.. my son actually ran up to me and hugged my leg but when i was walking out and she was speaking to them the way she was he was hugging the pole standing back from her ... There were several days i would pick my child up and he would eat his lunch box (that i would pack everyday!) and he'd eat from it like he hadn't been fed all day! when he was in nappies he'd come home with annal rashes and discomfort, he eczema was never treated even though i packed his qv cream, He would constantly even after a year cry and not want to attend that child care center, their were one or two educators there that were good with him, the director seem'ed like she listened but then it also very much seemed like she was telling u what u wanted to hear to your face, she did seem genuine though in some cases. The leading educator the one under neath the director not at all ....Their is so many more reasons why i would never send my child to this care center One day at a new daycare and my son didnt come home and want to eat and eat and eat like he had been starved! infact he didnt even run to me and want to leave striaght away like he has everyday from this child care center! I feel like taking him out of that center was the best move i shouldve done it sooner! one day at a new center he was less aggravated and more content and overall happy.
