This has to be the worse childcare my son has ever attended. 1. Management - the manager Melanie who runs the daycare on a daily basis is constantly rude and has zero people skills at all she couldn’t even organise a game of checkers let alone a daycare. 2. No matter what the weather is the kids were always outside especially during the winter season and my son was always coming home sick because of it and the educators had lost his asthma action plan which we had given to them personally only to find out they had lost it and my son had been out in the cold and rain wheezing on multiple occasions. 3. Hygiene - some educators will just sit on their iPads and watch majority of kids while they are dripping with bright green snot sneezing and coughing everywhere not a care in the world. One afternoon I went to pick my son up and he was scrambling to look for an educator because he needed to go to the toilet in the end I took him at the class room because the educator was just sitting on her iPad another time I was looking for my sons hat and the same educator gave me an answer of meh I don’t know, a few weeks had passed and I pushed it further asking where his hat was her response was oh yeah the other kids threw it over the fence I was beyond livid and replied why the hell didn’t you tell me weeks ago when I asked. I ended up carrying my son out and walking between the building and someone’s house looking for my son’s hat. Never again I would send my kids to this place and I highly recommend no one else does. The staff are completely incompetent and have no idea how or what they are doing and feel they are in the wrong job. The manager Melanie couldn’t organise a game of snakes and ladders let alone the daycare on a day to day basis and my son only adored one educator out of a handful of them and even she left. If I could I’d give Nido a negative review and highly recommend no one send their children there.
