My son has been attending Nido Mt Hawthorn since he was just four months old, and the care he has received has been exceptional. The centre's manager has truly ensured that the centre runs smoothly and efficiently. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. I am grateful for the wonderful care my son receives and highly recommend this centre to other parents.

As a driver for door dash, my experience with Nido employees was not pleasant. I had so many boxes of nappies and wipes and etc in the car ordered by them from coles and asked if they could help me to unload the stuff but they just stood still in their office. I started to place the items at their office/reception but they started to bring into their room inside. I advised them to wait until i have unloaded everything and take a photo of the items before leaving. One of the them said they could not leave the things on the floor at the reception . I then advised them that i put outside the office on the pavement and again she said they could not leave the things outside. It was a bit weird that i could not unload the items altogether before they took in. I need the picture of the items before leaving. One of the girls asked me if i am angry and i supposed she had the intention to make me. When i wanted to take a photo , i was not allowed to get close to the items. I am shocked by their uncooperative attitude. She even asked if i worked for coles, maybe she want to complaint about me. If she is behaving like that, i don’t think i would send my kids to them . Bad example for kids . Breeds negativity
