Mixed feelings. The EDUCATORS have been brilliant. Julie in Nursery 2 is AMAZING! Rating: 5 stars Despite informing the centre that my toddler is advanced for his age, he was put in the lower group option. I have been told that there is no opportunity to move him up for at least 6 months. At least Julie is amazing and is doing all that she can given the circumstances. Rating: 1 star (Julie 5 stars) Induction via ADMIN didn't occur. Only when they wouldn't let my son in did they take me through setting up payment, which I had asked about on the first intro visit. Nor did they make any attempt on any of the other 6 or so visits, even when I spoke up about no induction or even a pin to pass through. If anything goes awry whilst trying to make payment through Xplor, the system locks you out for ~30min. Today's admin member was also dismissive, even to the point of being dismissive when it was brought to their attention. A great add to an already frustrating time. Good luck if you have somewhere to be. Meanwhile, your child is still waiting. So, I got charged a 'surcharge' fee of ~$22 because of their inability to do the job your fees are paying for. I still don't know about the secure carpark or anything much at all really. A random person pointed out the check-in screen, but no one has walked me through it. Rating: 1 star I spent hours filling out the online forms, which no one read through. Rating: 1 star The COOK (not a chef) bullies the educators, is dismissive of food requirements, will tell you how to parent, and is confrontational to the point of being aggressive and trying to intimidate. Her food is white and promoting of bland food diets, so good luck trying to get little ones to eat in colour. She also serves processed food, which defeats the purpose of paying for freshly prepared food. Worst of all, she gets used to fill-in for educators, but thankfully not in Nursery 2. Rating: 1 star
