Welcome to Nicki's Clever Cookies!

Our aim is to provide a secure and happy environment where children can develop their intellectual, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic skills to become competent and confident individuals. And for you as a parent/guardian, feel safe in the knowledge that your child is receiving the best possible care.

We are small privately owned centre in the heart of Westgarth.
We offer highly trained staff that are passionate and committed.
A supportive management that values and listens to parents and staff.
Fabulous homelike environment with low turn over of staff and regular faces.
Bush kinder program with 2 x bush kinder days per week.
Risky play incorporated in the kinder program to develop problem solving, agency and communication skills.

We love NCC. I’ve had my two boys go thru Nicki’s - one 3yr currently there and my 5 yr old now at school. Both have been/were there since 12 months of age. We adore it. It’s like a happy home. Very loving and commercial or institutional about it. The size is one of the best things about it - small number of kids which means you really get amazing attention and care from the educators and the support staff. Both kids were at a big, franchise pre-Nicki’s and I just love the vibe and philosophy of Nicki’s so much more. One of my fave things is that the rooms are ‘open’ to each other. So the kids get to mingle across ages groups quite a lot. It’s not like they’re free range, just that the doors are these half barn style doors that the bigger kids can see over and the smaller kids can see up and out of. Compared to the big centre they were at before, I love this verses the big, heavy, full doors that feel like you’re locking the kid away for the day. The educators are angels sent from heaven. We’ve been so so so lucky with them across our childcare journey. The kids absolutely adore them and again, it feels like they’re part of the family. If you’re looking for a friendly, home like centre with amazing educators, NCC is for you!
