Looking for a calmer alternative to the big busy child care centres?               

My name is Jess and I am currently accepting Expressions of Interest for enrolments in my new Family Day Care based in Pacific Pines, Qld. My Little Haven is a nurturing space for children from 12 months to 5 years to spend their days playing, learning and growing in confidence. I have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, Certificate III in Education Support, and also a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I have years of experience in long day care, and have two beautiful children of my own. My Little Haven is based on…
• A relaxed home based environment where your child is truly seen, heard and cared for.
• Focus on building connections, creativity and calm, because early learning should be joyful, not overwhelming.
• Smaller groups allow more time for one-on-one interactions, play and learning.
• Daily fun through play, art, stories, song, and outdoor time.
• Individualised, child-led programming related to their interests
• Flexible routines with lots of family collaboration.
• Play based learning, even preparing for Prep should be interest based, and fun!
