One of the worst service providers I have dealt with so far. They change their payment policy at any time and charge a $15 late fee even if the payment is only one day late. The staff at the family day care where my son attended were very nice, and my son really enjoyed going there.
However, I ceased the service because of the arrogant behaviour of Janhvi. When I was charged a $15 late payment fee, I simply asked why it was applied since we always pay, and this time we had just forgotten. She responded in a very bossy tone, saying it was their new policy and that if I didn’t like it, I could cease the service. It was one of the most unpleasant conversations I have had with a staff member.
We ended the service just because Janhvi’s attitude. I would never recommend this service provider.
