Welcome to Mother Duck Child Care Centre Manly
We provide a unique experience in early childhood education and care, set within a homelike environment. Our rooms in our Manly child care centre are carefully planned to be nurturing, safe, and well resourced, along with open outdoor spaces to support the learning of all children. Our team of dedicated educators believes that it takes a village to raise a child and intentionally support their families in their parenting journey.
We know that the first five years shape your childās development and learning for life. Thatās why our daily programs are thoughtfully designed for intellectual, emotional, social and physical wellbeing and development. Room to run, climb and play
Our two outdoor play areas in our Manly child care centre are spacious and grassy, with lots of shade from beautiful trees. Sandpits and climbing frames invite children to explore, climb and run.

I don't even know where to begin, with this amazing centre. I toured in December after several months of dissatisfaction with another local centre. I delayed my enrollment because of the feedback my other centre was providing about my child, made me feel as though my child would not be okay with Mother duck being very home like with routines and life skills which were not practices at my original centre. After one day a week both of my kids no longer wanted to attend their other centre. We added additional days, my child is doing much better with routines including toileting and home routines coming home much happier, drop off is a breeze with familiar educators supporting the drop off. I could not be happier and feel much more content and trusting leaving my children with the amazing educators at mother duck. I truly could go on and on the kindy program is amazing, my kids come home wanting to learn and grow even more. 10/5 star š

We recently enrolled our little one at Mother Duck Manly, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were met with friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Every morning, weāre greeted with warmth, and itās clear that the team genuinely cares about our daughterāeveryone knows her by name, and our transition has been smooth and thoughtful. Our daughter leaves the centre every day feeling happy, supported, and eager to return. Itās wonderful to see how much she enjoys her time there, and itās a testament to the amazing team at Mother Duck. The centre itself is beautiful, and the education program is top-notch, providing a well-rounded experience for all the little ones. We truly couldnāt recommend Mother Duck Manly enough. The staff, the environment, and the care they provide are all outstanding. Thank you for making our journey so wonderful

Theyāve created a nightmarish version of what I know a daycare to be. Perpetual screaming and demonic sounds of all sorts can be heard emanating from this āmother duckā. Iād never send my kids here unless I wanted them to be ready to fight wars when theyāre older.

We absolutely love sending our little one to Mother Duck at Manly. All staff are inviting, and clearly enjoy their work. As teachers ourselves, we were drawn to MD by their engaging child lead kindergarten curriculum work, as well as the integrated play across all age groups. Families are updated regularly with centre and community noticed.
