We feel incredibly grateful and lucky to have been part of Morning Buds Early Learning Centre for the past three years. Our daughter started here when she was just over two years old and has recently graduated this Christmas at the age of five. Looking back, choosing Morning Buds was one of the best decisions we’ve made for her early education. As a Chinese family, we were initially drawn to the centre because the director, Ping, speaks Chinese, and several educators are bilingual as well. This made communication so much easier in the early days and gave us great peace of mind. That said, the centre truly embraces Australia’s multicultural community — educators come from diverse cultural and language backgrounds, including Chinese, Korean, English, and others, which creates a warm, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children. Ping is an exceptionally dedicated, professional, and caring director. She is always approachable and proactive, often sharing thoughtful feedback and practical advice about our child’s development when we pick her up. The educators are equally wonderful — kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. We really appreciated how they regularly shared the little moments of our child’s day, which meant a lot to us as parents. The centre maintains excellent communication with families. Each term, there are scheduled meetings to discuss children’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement, which we found very helpful and reassuring. The class sizes are well managed, with an appropriate number of children in each room, allowing educators to give proper attention and care — this was a key factor for us when choosing a childcare centre. The facilities are well-equipped, and the learning environment is thoughtfully organised by age groups. The centre also regularly organises excursions to nearby parks and local schools, and the feedback shared afterward is always detailed and positive. We also loved the way Morning Buds celebrates important occasions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and other special events. Families are warmly welcomed — including grandparents and siblings — and every event is well organised, joyful, and meaningful. We attended almost all of them and created many beautiful family memories along the way. Most importantly, our daughter was happy, confident, and well cared for during her time here. Morning Buds has given her a wonderful start in life and precious childhood memories that we will always treasure. Thank you, Ping, and thank you to all the amazing educators at Morning Buds, for your care, dedication, and genuine love for the children. We will always be thankful.
