We have been absolutely impressed with the level of care and professionalism at our daughter’s daycare centre. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. The educators take the time to get to know every child’s personality, interests, and needs, and it really shows in the confidence and happiness our daughter displays each day. Communication is excellent — we receive regular updates, photos, and detailed notes about her learning, routines, and milestones. The centre is clean, organised, and always feels safe, with well-structured programs that balance play, learning, and social development. Our daughter has made incredible progress socially and emotionally, and she truly looks forward to going each day. It’s clear that this is an environment built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to any family looking for a supportive and nurturing place for their child. The centre manager is also Fantastic and communicates with us really well and is always accommodating with any changes we may need to make or follows up on anything we speak about (really she is everything you want/need with a director) I have no faults at all with the Educators and my daughter really loves her Educators in her room and is always keen to go and its great to see the bond that has been established.
