Instead of emailing me to tell me there was a problem with centrelink, they threatened me with debt collectors over $250. No warning, no respect. I'm so angry. This is only the tip. My daughter got a concussion in their care. Negligent and barely passing accreditation. Terrible place. Definitely go somewhere else. Unprofessional and bullies.
