Hi, I’m Mandy!

I am a dedicated Early Years Learning Educator with 26 years of experience, holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I have a deep passion for supporting individuals in learning, growth, and independence. My approach focuses on fostering choice and control, empowering individuals to make decisions that shape their own experiences. I believe in the importance of inclusion, ensuring that every person feels valued, heard, and supported in achieving their goals.

Beyond my professional background, I am an avid traveller who loves exploring different cultures and perspectives. This has strengthened my appreciation for diversity and the importance of community immersion. I also have a deep love for animals and the comfort and joy they bring to people’s lives.
