Should be zero stars! Every single week I am being charged more and more despite my hours of care not changing, my child care subsidy has not changed. Sharon McPhee the manager, uses all the excuses she can possibly think of, she continues to ignore emails when questioned about why my fees are increasing each and every week without a valid reason. I have caught her out on her lies. I have documented all communication, printed every single invoice and every week I question why I'm being charged more and more., with zero resolution. I am now forced to take this further. Do not bother with this provider! Appalling service, it's now time to report her and her "company"
