Little Zak’s, I would not recommend any parent wanting to enroll their children. The lack of incompetency to inform you about how your child is going. As well as the lack of cleanliness of the environment is Disgusting. The lack of communication between parents and child illness Is incredibly disappointing. And I’m severely disappointed how My daughter is experience went with you guys. As forgetting to give our children water and food Your guises negligence to send sick kids home has left my daughter very unwell. And needing multiple hospitals trips. And then expecting me to pay the 4 week out period that my daughter can’t even attend to because of how unwell she is. Is a joke definitely would not recommend little Zak’s or put your trust in them with your children.

A close friend of mine has a neurodivergent child. The centre has provided a poor approach to supporting the child and their family in ways to assist with their learning. The centre has recently told the family that the child is too disruptive and has a bad look at the centre. The family have been given 7 days to 'fix' the children's behaviour. Otherwise, they have been asked to reduce hours within the centre. The centre should be trained and/or seek external training and support to assist the children's learning and development, an aspect of the Little Zacs philosophy. Neurodivergancy is becoming more common within children and is something educators should be supported in understanding - particularly the basic need to regulate big emotions, which is common in any child, neurodivergent or not. The new manager has negatively impacted this centre since her commencement six months ago. Staff are leaving purely because of this new manager's lack of support and manipulative personality. I would not enrol or recommend enrolling any child here. Externally, the centre is trying to look presentable. Internally, the staff, families, and children are not supported, causing children to be babysat without learning and educators to leave.
