Horrible horrible centre. I would need days to write all the issues but they are being investigated by the department for multiple breaches starting with they can’t get their staffing ratios / directors to stay. Multiple turn over, staff were just walking out the door after aWeek working working there. Child was supposed to do kinder prep however nothing was done because the centre was too busy trying to find a director who will stay after churning through 6 in a few months. Multiple educators left and there is no consistency and no one can tell you about your child because they don’t bother getting to know them. Children injured and no one saw anything. You can’t even ask for an update on the day via story or app because “ they are too busy for that”. An educator openly told me to “find a centre that helps toilet train or deals with inclusion support because there’s 30 kids in the room and I don’t have time for this”. Staff are cold and clinical and god help if you ask for inclusion support because “this centre doesn’t do that here” Multiple meetings with directors, then they leave so no one is running the place or knows what is going on therefore the dept was all who was left to talk to. Staff diagnose children but then the centre doesn’t offer inclusion support. Child was locked outside because was scared of educator, they used a key and removed it to make sure they couldn’t get back in the room Child was constantly given iPad to share with 25 kids then educators couldn’t understand why kids were fighting over 1 iPad Child was screamed at by educator for asking for more lunch. Child constantly came home hungry because they don’t cater to children with sensory needs around food. It’s get what your given. Child left in urine pants because educator “does not have time to toilet train “ and or was put back into a nappy and left on for 8hrs. Lil Zak’s really needs to take a look at how horrific this is. This is my experience with how you cared for my child. You should be shut down!!! And they are still trying to take payments from my account when they were given 3 months notice
