This review focuses on the encounters I have had with management, not the facilities or educators, as I ended up withdrawing my children before starting. I initially put my children down to attend the centre very early (almost a year before starting) as I am aware that daycares can be hard to get into, and I must return to work next year. I was assured that my $300 deposit was refundable if I had to go elsewhere, and that the centre would reach out for orientation once it opened. I never received any correspondence until I reached out to them to indicate that this centre no longer suited my family's needs. I was told my deposit was no longer refundable as the centre is now open, and they couldn't provide any justification when asked about the lack of communication or orientation organisation prior to this revelation. I intend to take this to the NSW Ombudsman, as nowhere was the discrepancy in deposit recorded anywhere for me to be made aware. Then, even though I gave plenty of notice, I just recieved a phone call today asking about issues with the CCS for my children. The real issue here is that I withdrew my children months ago, and they were due to start this Monday and only now the centre looks into the CCS - they have not withdrawn the children at all per my instruction, even when I was assured this was done on the spot, and left it to the very last minute to investigate. The lack of organisation and communication within a company centred on the education and care of young children is honestly astounding - considering the centre I chose to go with had CCS organised within a couple of weeks of my children being enrolled there. I am posting this to caution other families who consider this location for their children, as frankly they are unprofessional and not trustworthy in my experience.
