Little Scholars School of Early Learning Deception Bay

We were planning to enroll at this school. We were told that 15 hours of childcare would be free, so there would be no payment required. Based on that explanation, we completed the enrollment paperwork. However, after submitting the documents, we suddenly received an invoice charging $150 per day. I emailed the school to ask for clarification, but their attitude changed abruptly. Instead, we were told to pay the enrollment fee as soon as possible, and the conversation became focused only on money. Because this was completely different from what we were initially told, I felt something was not right and decided not to proceed with enrollment. After we withdrew, a $100 enrollment fee was deducted from our account. Since we never attended and had already withdrawn, I believed this was incorrect and requested a refund by email. Unfortunately, my emails were ignored multiple times. After sending several follow-up emails, I finally received a response stating that the enrollment fee was non-refundable. This situation is very concerning. We did not receive any services at all, yet the matter ended solely as a money issue. I hope others will be cautious.
