Little Lights Christian Child Care

There is a reason there is a long waitlist for this centre and every day they have a full intake of kids. We have been coming here since my daughter turned 2 years old, and as the smallest/youngest at the centre I was never anxious or had any concerns she'd be overlooked or neglected, which is more than I can say for other centres which we attended previously. The two biggest points of differences from other centres are 1) LL have the same regular staff every day which is increasingly rare in the early childcare industry. Even the casual workers they get in occasionally are known to the kids, they get thebaame ladies and if they're new, parents are introduced with background on them before they just show up at the centre one day. The educators not only know every individual child by name and face across all age groups, but also their personal quirks/preferences/needs without requiring parents to prompt over and over. 2) It is a Christian centre so they teach directly from the bible along with traditional values which continues to be so important to our family. Michelle is an excellent director and runs a tight ship, the room leaders and assistants obviously have such a heart for the kids, and my daughter always says she doesn't want to come home! She has already learnt more/faster than we could teach her at home on our own (e.g. counting to 30, abc and number recognition) before age 3, and she just loves each of the staff members. Honestly, I just wish they took under 2yo as well because we wanted to start here sooner! Thank you LL staff for all you do for the kids. We are forever grateful for you.
