Little Gumnuts West Pymble Early Learning Centre

We’ve had a really lovely experience at Little Gumnut Early Education Group (West Pymble) and feel very confident in the care our daughter receives there. One of the things we appreciate most is the large outdoor area, with a big sandpit, slides, swings, obstacle areas, and plenty of space for the children to play and explore. The educators prepare different activities each day, which keeps the children engaged, active, and interested. The centre also offers a range of additional activities such as Music, Grow Fit, Yoga and Happy Feet, which add great variety to the program and support the children’s physical and creative development. The director, Linda, is very experienced and clearly passionate about early childhood education. She runs music sessions and teaches piano and violin, and will often spend extra time playing the piano with the children while waiting for parents to arrive. These thoughtful gestures really show her dedication to the children. The centre regularly celebrates occasions like Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, and parents are invited to be involved. The children also take part in simple performances, which are always enjoyable to watch and help build their confidence. Since joining the centre less than a year ago, we’ve noticed a big change in our daughter. She has become more confident, curious, and comfortable socialising with others, and her communication skills have improved significantly. Seeing her grow in confidence and express herself so openly has truly impressed and reassured us as parents. The educators are warm, attentive, and professional, and the centre has an in-house chef preparing a variety of meals each day. On the rare occasion our daughter injured herself, Linda contacted us promptly and handled everything calmly and responsibly. Overall, Little Gumnut has been a very positive experience for our family, and we would happily recommend it to parents looking for a caring, supportive, and well-run childcare centre.
