We have had our Daughter in Let’s play center from year 1 to year 5 and have been extremely happy with the experience. We find the staff very caring, with the safety and wellbeing of our child of utmost importance. They are always coming up with new activities to keep the kids interested and amused in vacation care.

Terrible and aggressive owners. No policy or procedures in place to manage any issues. Very much just there for the money. Won’t discuss anything and cancelled my bookings without discussion. Definitely avoid. Literally never experienced such an unprofessional service from a place masquerading as a child care service. Happy to share my email correspondence with Adrian and Sylvie - the owners - if anyone would like to see how they run this place. The best thing you can do for your children is to NOT send them here.
