LEAD Childcare Murrumba Village

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share what I witnessed. The centre itself seems fine, but the attitude of some staff really shocked me. A few employees were openly rude and dismissive, which made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. One staff member in particular spoke to another employee so harshly that the poor girl ended up in tears and visibly shaken. Seeing that happen in a childcare environment honestly made me question the professionalism and internal culture there. When you’re trusting a place with kids, you expect kindness, patience, and a supportive atmosphere — and that wasn’t what I saw from certain staff members. I really hope management pays attention and addresses this, because the centre could be great if staff treated both families and each other with more respect.
