Kool Kids Early Learning Centre Ashmore

We had a deeply disappointing experience at this daycare center, particularly in the toddler category, where children need extra care and attention during their transition. Unfortunately, we found that proper care was lacking, which left us very concerned for our child’s well-being. During an unannounced visit, my wife witnessed an educator in toddlers, behaving inappropriately by raising her voice at our baby. While we have proof of this incident, we chose not to escalate the matter publicly to protect our child. However, such behavior is unacceptable, especially in an environment meant to nurture young children. Additionally, the center’s management appeared disengaged and rarely present, which contributed to the poor standards we observed. If you come from a different cultural background, I would strongly advise reconsidering this center, particularly for toddlers, as we felt a lack of understanding and sensitivity. Ultimately, we made the decision to withdraw our child and enroll her in a new center, where she adjusted quickly and happily. This stark contrast highlighted the shortcomings at Kool Kids Ashmore. We hope the management takes steps to improve their practices for the benefit of other families.

Kool Kids Ashmore is such a fantastic centre! My boy has been going there since he was 9 months old and is now almost 2 and I have always been very happy with everything. We love having the photos and notifications all day so we know what he has been up to! From Japanese classes, arts and crafts to outside playing he is always having a great time. There is lots of great events, activities and shows as well! The educators all go above and beyond for the children and I feel very comfortable knowing my boy is in such great hands. We are so glad we found Kool Kids Ashmore and I highly recommend!

5 Stars isn’t enough! Kool Kids Ashmore is absolutely amazing! The teaches go above and beyond and the love they have for the kids is evident in the bonds they have made and the bonds encouraged between the kids, our son loves being there. On top of this our son also has a medical condition and the staff are all over it, we don’t have a stress in the world sending our boy into their care. We wouldn’t trust another day care to look after him the way they do at Kool Kids Ashmore! Absolute super stars all around!
