The manager was quite unprofessionally rude, when I called and spoke with her this morning, to follow up my email from last week, of trying to enrol my 5yr old daughter (turning 6yrs October 2025). She has a delay in her speech and comprehension at the moment, as to why I am holding her back until starting school before she turns 6yrs next year. I called last week and was told then, there were vacancies for her age bracket and to register online for a tour of their center etc. I have not received an email reply (even in my junk email), as the manager believes I would have "received" a reply in, with the decline. I understand if you wish to not enrol my child - but to be rude about such, is uncalled for.
