Kids HQ

We used Kids HQ from the infants' room through to toddlers, and our experience has been positive. The facilities and programs are fantastic, my child always had a great time. The staff that we encountered are nothing short of exceptional. They are incredibly loyal and genuinely dedicated to the well-being and development of the children. Their warmth and attentiveness create a nurturing environment where kids feel safe and supported. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and build strong, positive relationships with each child. There were a few incidents during our time at KidsHQ (as expected with daycares), but I was very impressed with how management handled them. When we brought these concerns to their attention, the management team was incredibly receptive and understanding. They acknowledged the issues and assured us that they were taking steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. True to their word, they implemented new procedures and policies. It's clear that Kids HQ is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. Their proactive approach to feedback and willingness to make change is truly commendable. I highly recommend Kids HQ to any parent looking for a reliable and responsive childcare provider.
