If you had asked me to write a review a couples months ago i would of put it at 2 stars, as the OSCH was run by someone who did not care about my daughters well being, happiness or overall feelings. She hated going there and consistently cried when going to after school care, She said she had felt lost, sad and not cared for. BUT when said coordinator left and the lovely JESS stepped up as room leader my daughter has never been happier, she now gets mad at me for picking her up to early. JESS is the best thing at kids Academy, if i have an issue i tell JESS and within a day she has sorted it and phoned me to give me the answer. if i ever have any problems JESS will sort it out. Now everyday my daughter goes there i walk in and everyone is happy, laughing and JESS is playing with all of them. JESS is the best GIVE HER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Both my kids like coming here. Staff are always pleasant to deal with. Any issues or incidents I have always been notified of right away and reassured on.
