Very disappointing management and communication. On Wednesday, we were told that our child could be enrolled and that an email confirmation would be sent immediately. However, we waited until Friday and received nothing. During this time, we made several phone calls to follow up and ask for updates. Then on Friday, when we called again, we were suddenly told that enrollment was no longer possible. This completely disrupted our plans and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It makes my kid so upset too. Very unprofessional handling of the situation.
