Don’t even know where to start. When she had few incidents in a row in the same week (freshly started with new manager), I couldn’t receive any incident reports within 24 hours. Once I received the incident reports the next week then noticed the informations I got from the educator verbally on each day, on the reports and marks on my baby’s face weren’t matching. As she was bleeding on her face near her eyes I see this is very serious and requested to check what the object was and remove it for all of our kids. The respond from new manager was they weren’t able to provide/rectify this issue as the educator took care of my baby on that day is no longer with the company and also refused to check the footage says this is not serious enough. Then the next week this manager left the company, new manager came, left, new manager, new educator almost every day or week (so I don’t believe when they said they don’t hire any casual workers). While they had issues with their employment I found out my baby (then about 13mths) didn’t eat, didn’t sleep, no bottle no water all day. Either this day or the other day when my baby was in ER no one was able to provide me what she has taken during the day and it’s like normal for them. Not reliable management, apps not working properly, no response on the phone, no photos taken regularly, educators changing every week. Now I know why this centre had no waiting period when we wanted to start, fully free for 5days in a week while other centres so busy and asking for waiting period. No I’m done.
