Jennys ELC - The Arch

We have attended Jenny’s ELC - The Arch for about a month now, and so far we have had a very positive experience. The centre maintains excellent communication with parents, which makes a big difference for busy families. We are regularly updated about how our children are doing throughout the day, and it is very reassuring to know what they have been learning, playing, and experiencing at the centre. The cleanliness of the centre is also outstanding. The end-of-day cleaning is amazing, and it is clear that the environment is well cared for and hygienic for the children. Another thing we truly appreciate is how accommodating the centre is with casual bookings. Whenever we need extra days, the team always tries their best to help us, which we are very grateful for. Safety is also clearly a priority. The staff carefully follow procedures such as checking visitor IDs, which reassures us that the centre takes security seriously and that our children are in safe hands. Overall, we are very happy with the care, professionalism, and dedication shown by the team at Jenny’s ELC - The Arch.
