If you care about your childs safety then don't enrol them here. My son received a head injury and neither parents nor emergency contact were notified. I had to follow up via call after pickup the day of and was told they "had no idea" and they'd "follow up" and call me back. No such thing happened. After a week of no contact from the centre I sent an email regarding unenrolling my child as I felt his health and safety were not concerning to them and felt as though they were sweeping it all under the rug. Only to organise a phone call for a half-assed apology and no responsibility. Not happy and won't be coming back. Thankyou Karen for neglecting my child and accepting no accountability.
