About Janelle's Family Day Care
Janelle's family daycare is focused of children's wellbeing and sense of belonging where children feel safe, supported and valued. The large outdoor play area is designed to
encourage nature based learning, the shady trees and gardens offer opportunities for exploration and calm play. Gross and fine motor development is supported through climbing, balancing and hands-on activities
offering a cubby house, with rockwall and servery, long garden paths to ride bikes, or in the spacious well resourced upstairs play areas. Music, dancing and singing are part of our daily routine.
Children are encouraged to develop self-help skills such as managing belongings, handwashing and following routines. Early literacy and numeracy are embedded through play-based learning.
Children engage in social skills development, emotional regulation, turn-taking and listening skills helping them feel confident and capable preparing for a smooth transition to kindy and prep.
I am a diploma qualified educator offering care to children aged from 2 years to 5 years.
