Imaginations Early Education - Taree

Horrible from the beginning. Never felt welcome, always felt like a burden dropping my children here. Had a few incidents without being notified, it wasn't until I said something that they decided to call me and notify me my child was being injured. The amount of times I would receive a phone call to say my child has a bruise/graze on his head but no one saw it happen is alarming. I was called twice to come get my children because they had a "rash" (there was evidently no rash they just didn't want to care for my child this day) and the other was that he was "projectile vomiting" he did not spew at all, the educator obviously just wanted to go home because she was in the car leaving before I had even put my kids in the car!! The final straw was an incident, resulting in a hospital trip, of my son dislocating his elbow, that again no one saw, nor took any responsibility for. Constantly not meeting rations, I could go on a lot longer about this place. Do not recommend at all!
