Hessel Children's Centre

Hessel Children’s Centre provides accessible, quality child care and education to the local Port Adelaide community. The state-of-the-art centre offers vibrant indoor and outdoor spaces over two levels, providing a safe, secure and engaging environment for children to learn, grow and play. Spaces include creative facilities, a communal dining room, a music room and outdoor play areas.

The centre's curriculum focuses on the development of children’s independence, creativity, responsibility, social skills and emotional intelligence. Every child is seen as a unique learner and the emergent, play-based curriculum is tailored to the individual needs of every child.
