5 star down to 1. This daycare allows sick children attend, all for the extra money in my opinion. My daughter kept getting sick from being here. To the point she was hospitalized and the diagnosis was RSV. For those who don't know what this is, just Google search it, it is highly dangerous for infants and elderly. Frankston hospital asked me who my daughter had been around and I said she only attended this daycare. I asked the manager if she could say something to parents, if their child is sick then keep them home. She said she would make a notice but never did. I said something down the track because my daughter, after getting better, had gotten sick again. She said we don't allow sick children attending and I said, I don't know if you had noticed but there are children with very snotty noses. She made the excuse of a child having allergies but there was more than one child with bad cold symptoms, on many occasions. When I notified my daughter being removed from the center, I received a call straight away asking why. I said my daughter keeps getting sick and you never made a notice to parents and allow sick children at your center. She then told me "that everyone is sick and everyone gets sick." Yes, people get sick but not weekly or just only 2 weeks after getting better. With payment fees, they are very high, for this daycare centre. They went against a contract that I signed, taking more than they were supposed to, then my bank rejected this as I didn't agree for the high amount to be taken, then they slam you with a massive fee for the bounce. Now I'm left with an outstanding bill. They also don't have permanent workers, so, if your child gains a bond with someone, it's ruined because they have people coming and going ALL the time. This is another thing that upset my daughter. A worker, kissed my child. On the neck, cheek area, to settle my daughter. Right in front of me, I was in complete shock. It was all on camera. Though, the matter was sorted immediately, which I appreciate but it still happened. Sorry, but, that's absolutely disgraceful.
