As a parent and user of Gwydir Daycare and Preschool since 2016, l cannot recommend this service enough. Like many businesses they have faced their own hardships with COVID and staffing but they have seen it through and come back better than ever. To name a few highlights: • Management is passionate, engaged and committed. Teachers and Childcare Assistants are focused, welcoming and friendly • Your child’s learning and development are a priority with regular observations completed, whilst being committed to providing a quality, caring and nurturing environment • Regular feedback and correspondence is received through their app as well as in newsletters and their noticeboard • Children are encouraged to engage in activities and excursions that are held for events, such as Reconciliation Week • Safety can be rest assured with a new pin pad upon entrance to gain access to the centre with unique codes provided to parents and carers • Furniture, play equipment and toys have been replaced • Fresh fruit and vegetables are provided for morning tea • Diversity is acknowledged and celebrated • Feedback forms are encouraged to be completed for continuous improvement within the centre.
