Guardian Childcare & Education Springfield boasts a range of exciting, resource-rich environments including herb and vegetable gardens, a passionfruit vine, a spacious veranda, natural play structures, and an open-plan studio, children are encouraged to explore and learn every day.

Guardian Springfield offers a leading , led by our university-qualified teachers which helps prepare our older children for the exciting transition to school. This program is in addition to the amazing learning experiences our dedicated Educators and Teachers prepare for children of all ages - from six months to six years.

Our Springfield childcare centre offers:

Quality learning programs such as Joy of Reading, Cooking and Sustainability
Engaging indoor learning spaces full of quality educational resources
Expansive outdoor play spaces with a sandpit, bike track and veggie garden
On-site Chef providing fresh snacks and meals daily

Extended hours of care each weekday from 6:30am to 6:30pm

From 1 Jan 2024 eligible children will receive up to 15 hours of free Kindergarten per week at our Centre, up to 600 hours of free Kindergarten per year. This fee support is on top of any Child Care Subsidy eligible families may be receiving. To take advantage of this additional support children must be at least four years of age by 30 June in the year before they attend Primary School and be enrolled at an approved Kindergarten program for at least 2 days a week. Ask us for more information when you visit our Centre.

Did stay and play days to transition Bub into care(18m old room). Wasn’t a great environment. Sent an email with all my concerns and what I witnessed and was told they’d call me back. They called back once while at work and I called back 4 times spoke to staff and said they’d get the assistant director to call me back never got a call back. Staff seemed unmotivated and cold especially lead educator was not friendly or welcoming at all. Never smiled and most interactions with the little ones was just yelling at them, didn’t comfort kids when they fell, left scissors out and child found it. Was sad to see little ones not being comforted when hurt or fallen over. Broke my heart. Disappointed and would not leave my child there so cancelled enrolment.
