Reviews for Guardian Childcare & Education Essendon

Victoria Eid4 months ago

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at Guardian Early Learning Centre in Essendon. Initially hesitant about paying the bond due to concerns about my son settling in, I contacted customer support, who assured me of potential refunds under certain circumstances. Encouraged by their reassurance, I paid the bond and commenced my son's orientation. However, during the orientation, I observed unclean facilities, unenthusiastic educators, and a wide range of worn-out toys and books. On the third day of orientation, an educator forcibly separated my son from me, resulting in his distress and fear. Subsequently, I decided to withdraw his enrollment, but encountered difficulties obtaining a bond refund. Despite persistent follow-ups and months of communication, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience.
