About Guardian Childcare and Education Pimpama
Welcome to Guardian Childcare & Education Pimpama! Our spacious Pimpama childcare centre on the Gold Coast is bright, modern and will quickly become your child’s home away from home. With expansive, resource-rich indoor and outdoor spaces, children have a safe and secure way to discover the world around them.
At our Pimpama early learning centre, there are five beautifully designed learning studios, grouped by age, with a separate sleep room attached to the nursery.Each of our spaces have high quality, age-appropriate resources for the best play-based learning experiences. Every child is supported in their growth and development, so they can build a lifelong love of learning.
Children at our Pimpama child care centre also have access to:
- Fresh, nutritious meals and snacks with the best seasonal ingredients, prepared on-site by our very own Chef
- Nappies, wipes, linen, sunscreen, hats and all snacks and meals
- Exciting excursions and incursions throughout the year, including Happy Feet Fitness, Little Potters and Nikko Nikko Japanese.
Our Guardian Pimpama Kindergarten program has a strong focus on social and emotional development. We support children to develop skills to become active and confident learners as they move onto school. This program emphasises play-based experiences but also has more structured learning times for number concepts, pre-writing (e.g. tracing, completing patterns, reproducing patterns), reading and writing skills and more.
The Queensland Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of free kindergarten a week. The funding off sets the fees for children who turn four years old by 30 June in the year before they attend primary school. This support is in addition to the Child Care Subsidy and can help to lower your out-of-pocket fees.

After attending just one day a week for a while, I am truly impressed by how much they care about my son. He is developmentally delayed, and they show great patience, seeking my advice when necessary. They noticed my son's favorite activities even though I hadn't informed them, and they focus on his strengths. I plan to increase his attendance in the future if needed. Thank you so much for your dedication to my son's well-being.

Highly suggest avoiding this centre at all costs if you’re looking for quality care. Unprofessional staff who degrade parents and spend more time gossiping than actively supervising children. Children experiencing high emotions will be left on the ground to cry once parents leave. If they have concerns of misconduct with a staff and child, they won’t act on it, complete the documentation or report it. And if they do, it’s months later which is fail of duty of care. It’s to be done immediately. Not when it’s convenient for them. Sun safety is non existent. Water bottles left in the yard during the entire day and children left dehydrated. Educators do not role model or teach children how to take care of their belongings or cleanliness. High staff turn over because of how toxic and unprofessional the workplace is.
