I had a very disappointing experience with this daycare and would not recommend it to anyone. The advertised hours stated a 10 hour day starting at 7:30am. However, the director verbally assured me multiple times that I could drop my children off before 7:30am without being charged. Unfortunately, this was never put in writing. Despite those assurances, I was charged $1 per minute for early drop-off, and this applied to both of my children. Each time I tried to cancel or raised concerns, I was promised again that it would be “managed” and that I wouldn’t be charged—but I was never refunded or stopped being charged. Eventually, I had no choice but to remove my children from the centre. The daycare also advertises itself as a Montessori centre, which was another reason I chose it. However, I saw children watching iPads during pick-up time, which does not align with Montessori principles. Additionally, my oldest child repeatedly asked to return to her previous school (even after a few months), which was concerning. I also noticed that the children did not seem to get enough outdoor time. Overall, there was a lack of transparency and consistency, and the experience did not meet the expectations set by the daycare’s claims or promises.
