Our Learning Environments

Our children benefit from familiar faces as they grow, creating a sense of continuity:

  • Nursery (0-2 years): A safe, nurturing environment for babies to explore with tailored sensory and social experiences.
  • Toddler (2-3 years): Play-based learning encourages curiosity, confidence, and social skills.
  • Preschool (3-6 years): A stimulating learning environment that prepares our children for school through our Enhanced Learning Program.

We’re proud to have qualified teachers and educators, supported by a team of national education experts, ensuring the highest quality childcare and early education.

Innovative Early Learning Programs

Our teachers deliver the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF or the national curriculum) through play-based learning that covers language, literacy, numeracy, STEM, social, and emotional development. Our program also includes:

  • Rhythm and Movement for Self-Regulation (RAMSR), an evidence-based program developed by Queensland University of Technology to support children’s executive function and self-regulation.
  • Environmental and social sustainability learning experiences.
  • Personalised learning plans for each child.
  • Local school connections.

We focus on strong family partnerships through regular learning and development conversations with your child’s lead educator, learning showcases, and in-centre family events. Our Xplor app provides real-time updates and learning summaries daily to keep you informed on your child’s journey.

My child is going to Greenwood Gladesville for 3 years now. I love how the whole centre is clean and smell-free! Most of the educators I met are really very understanding and cares about our needs. Normally drop off is the saddest time for us, and I feel so at ease when I see every day there will be someone who will take my boy in their arms, give those extra cuddles and actively try to engage him into something he loves, to make the transition as easy as possible for both my child and me! The centre manager is 100% engaged with the kids, knows each child’s needs and actively listens to any concerns from the parents. There has been so many festive celebrations that included all the families!! I look forward to the school readiness program this year.

We are so grateful to the team at Greenwood Gladesville. The educators are warm and nurturing, creating a safe and secure environment for my two children. Gordana is extremely organised and a wonderful communicator who also shows genuine care for the children. We are very happy to be a part of this community and have no hesitation recommending the centre.

We absolutely love Greenwood! The staff are so warm, caring, and attentive, and they’ve created such a safe and nurturing environment for the kids. My 2 children have flourished here—he’s learning so much every day and always comes home excited to share what he’s done. The activities are creative and engaging, and the center places a strong focus on both education and fun. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about each child’s growth and happiness. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing daycare for our little one!
