About Goodstart Early Learning Smithfield

At Goodstart Smithfield, a team of committed educators provide enriching care and learning for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Working within the Enhancing Children’s Outcomes (EChO) framework, the centre provides a safe and stimulating space for learning and development. It also offers early-intervention strategies to assist children who might be at risk or need specialised assistance.

In the comfortable and homely interior, children can choose from a wide range of toys, books and games. Children are given free time to discover and develop interests. Educators also deliver a fun program including art, music and science, that helps nurture creativity, individuality and independence.

The outdoor space is made for safe and secure adventures, with age-appropriate play equipment and natural timber structures including log benches and a fun rustic bridge. With open spaces for running and biking, children can create their own adventures, while building important motor and physical skills.

I could not ask for a better centre than Goodstart smithfield, I was with them for just under 5 years, I ONLY left because I moved to the country. Even when I moved suburbs I would have rather driven 30mins each morning and afternoon to stay with them. Which is what I did. Their care extended past looking after my children, and they take such amazing care of their children but it goes deeper than that. They make sure their parents are okay too and they offer anything they can to help you. I would not take back my time there for anything, they love those kids, and I miss them all very much.
