Goodstart Merriwa takes a shared approach to life learning, building strong family connections to provide tailored care and education programs for children to 5 years of age. With a National Quality Standards rating of ‘Exceeding’, the centre proudly nurtures children with stimulating and engaging play-based learning.

Following the Early Years Learning Framework, centre rooms are comfortable and engaging with a rich range of resources and natural elements. A team of passionate educators deliver an exciting program that inspires curiosity and creativity. Children sense that educators are truly present with them, and educators are individually responsive to children’s needs and interests.

Outside, a verandah and shade sails make it an inviting space all year round. Children can play on a fun range of age-appropriate play equipment, or pick herbs and vegetables from the raised garden beds. The centre’s sustainability program of reducing, recycling, and repurposing, provides opportunities for children to learn about nature and the environment.
