Goodstart Early Learning Jindalee

I cannot thank the team at Goodstart Jindalee enough. Every staff member I have met has been genuine, patient, down-to-earth, caring, and incredibly understanding. They welcomed my son during a really difficult time when he had previously been excluded and isolated at other centres due to some additional needs that those centres were unable to support. From the moment we started here, the team has been nothing but supportive. They communicate with me consistently throughout the day and have taken the time to share helpful strategies for transition times and for when my son is experiencing big emotions. What stands out the most is that they truly work with me as a parent, not against me. They have even gone above and beyond by researching and suggesting additional support networks and therapists to help us move forward with getting him the diagnosis and support he needs sooner. The care at this centre is exceptional. The staff are approachable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of both the children and their families. In just the short time we have been here, I have already seen a huge improvement in my son’s speech, his social development, and the way he communicates with us at home. He now wakes up every morning – even on weekends – asking if he can go to his new school to see his friends. I truly cannot say a single negative thing about this centre. I could go on and on about how grateful I am for every staff member there. Thank you for being so amazing, for caring so deeply, and for showing such patience and understanding with my boy.
