This centre has some good teachers. However lack of communication and family support are two biggest problems. And I have seen young kids got injured in this centre. We have left, together with many other families. I would not recommend this centre.

I’m sorry you feel this way. As the new centre director, I’ve focused on improving communication and family support. Safety is a top priority, and every incident is documented and shared with families. I appreciate all feedback and remain committed to creating a positive experience for all. A Wonderful Start for My Son! My son started in the nursery room two weeks ago at 11 months old, and I was initially worried about separation since he is my only child. However, the four orientation visits made a huge difference. During those visits, I got to know the room, the educators, and the daily routines. I even put my son to sleep and fed him there, which helped him get used to the environment before his official start. When his first day came, he didn’t cry—he just smiled at me as I left! Even after a few days, he remains happy and settled, which I believe is due to the orientation visits and the short-day transition period. These helped him feel secure and understand that I always come back to pick him up. I truly appreciate the warm welcome from the nursery educators—Rosza, Shantouna, Mei, and Reeza—as well as the other educators in different rooms. It’s amazing to see them all greet him by name and engage with him, even if he’s not in their room. This centre has made the transition smooth for both my son and me, and I highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child!

It is a safe place for kids to play and grow. However I just feel that lots of the educators left for better opportunities, which has made it an unstable environment for kids...

Great centre, especially the people are so warm-hearted and friendly. The team was open and very responsive to every child’s personality and individual needs.
