I am thrilled to give this daycare centre a 5-star review as i has been working in this industry for more than 5 years. The leadership and staff are exceptional, creating an environment that truly fosters growth and learning for children. As a smaller centre, they have the ability to focus on building strong, positive relationships between educators and children, which makes a world of difference. Each child is given individual attention and support, ensuring their unique needs and learning styles are met. The atmosphere here is warm and nurturing, providing a space where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn. Educators are not just teachers; they are mentors who take the time to understand each child’s personality and developmental journey. The smaller setting allows for more meaningful connections and a personalized approach, something that larger centres may struggle to provide. I’ve seen firsthand how the team works together to create an inclusive and supportive environment, where each child is encouraged to grow at their own pace. The balance between structured learning activities and free play is spot-on, and the centre does an incredible job of integrating both into daily routines. The leadership is also very approachable and clearly dedicated to maintaining a positive culture within the centre, which trickles down to the staff and, ultimately, to the children. Overall, this daycare centre has been a wonderful experience for me as a teacher. It’s a place where learning feels natural, and where every child is treated with care and respect. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a centre where both education and emotional development are prioritized.

The Goodstart Helensvale team and centre is incredible - special mentions to Sam (and Kritika), Fiona, Jess, Cass, Laura, Maddie and Libby who in one way or another have been so welcoming, kind and caring toward our daughter and our family in general. Could not speak highly enough of this centre. Always accommodating for last minute changes where possible and making sure we are happy with the care provided. Thank you GS Helensvale :)
